Dr. Adewale Akinjeji is a global health leader and physician passionate about building systems that make quality healthcare accessible, affordable, and sustainable across Nigeria and Africa.

With over a decade and a half of experience leading health systems, innovation, and monitoring & evaluation programs in Africa and Southeast Asia, including collaborations with the WHO, UN, CHAI, ICAP at Columbia University, and other global partners, he combines strategic vision with on-the-ground insight.

At Qualinnova, Wale leads the organization’s mission to bridge innovation and implementation, empowering frontline providers with the tools, technology, and financing they need to transform health outcomes at the last mile.

Wale has a medical degree from the University of Ibadan, an MBA in International Healthcare Management from the University of Aberdeen, and he is now completing his PhD studies in Health Policy and Systems from the prestigious Karolinska Institute in Sweden.
